:: In the Church (Team Journey)
Hospitality Team:
This team is made up of parking attendants, greeters, ushers, and hosts. Their goal is to give direction and provide a welcoming atmosphere to all Journey guests. Team members are full of life, joy, & serve with a huge smile on their faces.
Worship Arts:
This team serves in both technical and creative capacities. Their goal is to assist in making every weekend a unique worship experience. This team includes: lighting crews, sound technicians, media production, presentation software operators, set designers, camera operators, actors, musicians, and singers.
Set-Up Team:
Without this team, it is impossible for our other teams to fulfill their responsibilities. Because we are a mobile church, we weekly set up and tear down our equipment. This team is essential to our weekend worship experiences.
JKidz Team:
This team serves our children and infants. Their goal is to provide our kids with the most exciting, God-inspired 70 minutes of their week. Involvement in this team includes: child registration, nursery, preschool, and K-5. (Note: All JKidz team members are required to submit to background checks.)

Friends of the Family:
Denton County Friends of the Family is dedicated to providing compassionate and supportive services to those impacted by relationship violence and sexual assault while partnering with the community to promote a society free of violence. Senior Citizen and Rehabilitation Center:
We seek to serve all ages of our community by serving those who have limited mobility or deteriorating health.

Amigos De Fe Mexico:
For over 20 years, Missionaries Denzil and Rebecca Hood have served the people of Mexico in a variety of ways. Journey Church will continue to partner with them and our Latin friends in an effort to expand the Kingdom of God in Mexico and Latin America.
The Russian Speaking World: This part of the world is close to the heart of Journey Church. We want to impact a young generation with the life transforming power of the cross of Christ and help them to live a full life of freedom and joy. We are closely connected to International Christian Assembly and Eurasia Teen Challenge.
